Neil Tate is an Australian developer that has over 40 years of building experience, both in Australia and Lombok where he lives since 2008. His knowledge and energy for exploration enabled him to source some of the most desirable land on Lombok’s Southern coast. Neil is on the ground and in charge of all aspects relating to servicing the land to the highest standards.
Belinda Clarke, has over 30 years of customer service experience. With her acute knowledge of the Indonesian real estate process and her contacts with local officials and government property offices, she ensures a safe and carefree process when purchasing land.
ILS Consultant and Law Office is our Legal Adviser. The company set up in 2010 and based in Praya, Lombok, offers legal advice on Lombok property.
